Week 1
Introduction and Clarity
The first week will include introductions, signing of NDAs and a 10XReality Assessment meant to help you visualize your product and how it fits within your overall goals. The presentation will focus on your journey and the ideation process. Coursework will focus on clarifying your idea.

Week 2
Research and Validation
In the second week we will present on Market Research and some strategies you can use to help you validate your idea. Coursework will involve you performing some secondary market research and identifying the method of research that are relevant to your idea. We will also identify your potential target market.
Week 3
Clarify Your Idea
In the third week we will begin identifying the major features and benefits of your idea. The presentation will focus on the process of identifying the major features that make your product valuable to your target market. We will create a scope document that you can expand on outside of class.

Week 4
Visualizing Your Idea
This session will focus on the Design, Wireframe and UI/UX process. We will explore simple tools and processes for visualizing your product before you design or develop it. Coursework will involve reviewing any mockups you have and any ideas you have for how your target market will interact with your product.
Week 5
Building Your Idea
Week five’s presentation focuses on the development and testing process. We identify some major concerns and ways of streamlining your product during the development stage. Coursework will focus on creating your Requirement documents which identify the core business and technical features you will build in the MVP version of your product.
Week 6
Getting to Market
The last session of the course will focus on creating a Roadmap for your execution. Our presentation will focus on the methods and strategies involved in creating a roadmap including agile project management methods, pitfalls, milestone planning and handling issues that affect the journey. Coursework will focus on identifying the major milestones and a timeline that makes the most sense to you.
